夏天正午,用手触碰被动门窗内侧——你会感到微微凉意,而不是灼烧。三玻两腔 Low-E 玻璃,把室外的热截在外面。

Fresh air while you sleep
关上所有门窗,CO₂ 浓度依然在 800ppm 以下。热回收新风机持续换气,全热回收效率75%,你在室内没有任何风吹在身上的感觉。
All windows closed. CO₂ still below 800 ppm. HRV continuously exchanges air with 75% total heat recovery — you feel no draft anywhere in the room.

气密层包裹整栋建筑,室外湿气进不来。室内湿度常年稳定在 40%~60%,低于人体感知湿意的阈值。

Winter exhaust preheats incoming fresh air. Summer indoor cool air pre-cools the hot outside intake. More energy stays inside. Continuous ventilation, no stuffiness.

EPC = 设计(Engineering)+ 采购(Procurement)+ 施工(Construction)总承包。巢象负责:前期能耗模拟 → 方案设计 → 施工图 → 材料采购 → 施工管理 → 气密性测试 → 验收交付,业主不需要对接多个分包,一个合同搞定全部。 EPC = Engineering + Procurement + Construction. ELE HOME handles: energy modeling → design → drawings → material sourcing → construction management → blower door testing → handover. One contract, one contact, start to finish.
南方气候(上海、广州)能做被动房吗? Does Passive House work in hot-humid climates like Shanghai or Guangzhou?

完全可以。PHI 已发布适用于各气候区的认证标准,包括炎热湿润气候。在南方,被动房的核心价值是隔热、防潮、过滤 PM2.5,夏季可大幅降低空调负荷。巢象在上海、广州均有已交付项目。 Yes. PHI has certified standards for all climate zones including hot-humid. 旧房改造能达到被动房标准吗? Can an existing building be retrofitted to Passive House standard?

可以做到 EnerPHit 标准(PHI 专为改造项目制定),气密性要求略低(n50 ≤ 1.0/h vs 新建 ≤ 0.6/h),其余指标基本相同。改造难点在于气密层连续性和结构热桥处理,这是巢象最核心的施工能力之一。 Yes, to EnerPHit standard — PHI's certification for retrofits. Airtightness target slightly relaxed (n50 ≤1.0/h vs ≤0.6/h new build). All other targets remain.
